I believe that an integrated approach to exercise and nutrition will guide you, not only toward greater strength but also a feeling of capability and a strong sense of confidence.

Creating a practice of awareness in the way we move, eat, breathe, and think set the stage for large changes, both in the body and mind.

As a former gymnast, I want your workout to be not only fun and challenging, but enlightening and healing. It’s my goal that your workout doesn’t stay in the gym, but affects and improves all aspects of your life.

I take into consideration your physiological, bio-mechanical, and emotional wellness and combine it with teaching you how to eat and move in a way that supports your recovery process as you get stronger, more resilient and you’re able to integrate more.

I teach you how you can liberate your restrictions both inside and out leading to more freedom in your movement, an increase in your strength, a consistent feeling of calm and even an improvement in circulation and organ health.

Small Group Training

Each week, you move through a series of innovative, integrated circuits with 3 to 5 other people. I’ve designed this circuit not only to build strength, but to improve functional movement, balance, mobility and circulation.

The support and accountability you get from the group make it easy to keep up the practice.  You’ll find your joy in movement again through my system of movement programming.  

I teach you how to work up to each fitness skill gradually at a pace that matches your level of performance, geared from the beginner to the more advanced exercisers.

Postural endurance and stability are two very important components of this program. You’ll learn how to activate your core stabilizer muscles, in stationary positions and in movement, which help to protect your back and keep your belly flat.

The Small Group Circuit structure consists of…
