Welcome! I’ve spent close to 20 years supporting my clients as a holistic fitness trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach and energy healer specializing in rapid, sustainable change through corrective exercise, metabolic nutrition and energetic alignment.

I hold a BS in exercise science from GA State University and I’m a certified CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner and Holistic Nutrition & Life coach.

I help athletes, at any level and at any age, who want to move past old injuries and perform optimally so they can experience longevity and a higher quality of life.

How my injuries inspired my training

As a competitive gymnast from the age of five to twenty one, I endured many injuries. They consisted of reconstructive knee surgery, multiple broken toes, three ankle surgeries, multiple stress fractures in my feet and a stress fracture in my lower back.

Later in life I experienced severe back pain and debilitating spasms after the birth of my two sons. This lead me to study many different types of healing modalities in an effort to heal myself. Over the years, I’ve been able to recover and unwind many of these old injuries and as a result I feel better in my body than I did in my twenties.

Many of my clients are pleasantly surprised to experience these results too! Moving better, feeling energetic, feeling optimistic, feeling younger, a sense of accomplishment, experiencing a higher level of physical performance and a healthy high quality of life.

My Offering

My Full Support Personal Training Package Includes:

  • 4 - 1 hour private fitness coaching sessions per month (1/week)

  • 1 - 30 minute nutrition & lifestyle coaching session per month

  • A welcome packet with resources and a detailed health questionnaire that assesses your needs so you’ll no longer have to guess.

  • An initial goal setting session

  • An individualized program design that will fit your needs and help you reach your health and fitness goals.

  • Support and weekly accountability and email follow up so that you can easily implement your program weekly and make your goals a reality.

  • Access to my online nutrition and lifestyle course that will support with your recovery process and that you can follow along with at your own pace.

$625 / Month for 3,6 or 12 months
