Meet me 1, 2 or 3 days a week for a 6 to 12 month commitment (or more!) to achieve your fitness goals. Locations: SE Studio in the Brooklyn neighborhood / NE location at Me Fitness / Online

1-ON-1 PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

You’ll get custom programing and form coaching. I offer this in person at one of my locations or online.

This is a personalized program tailored to your needs, scalable to your ability, and designed to deliver consistent progress so you can achieve lasting results and reach your unique goals.

    • $640 / Month

      4 in person or online sessions with Allison

    • $1,240 / Month

      8 in person or online sessions with Allison

  • $200 / 6 week Program

    I will create a program for you that’s scaled to your ability, that you can do on your own that get you to your goals.

    In addition to the program you’ll receive one 30 minute check in session with me. And you have the ability to send me form coaching videos.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

2 to 3 people

Do you have a friend, a partner or two other people who want to train with you? I can also pair you up with a current client.

Partner training is a fun and effective way to share the cost and stay motivated while reaching your goals—together! You'll go through an ATG circuit that's scaled to meet your ability, skill level, and personal goals—so each person gets what they need to thrive.

    • $400 per person / Month

Online Coaching Community

To serve more people—and spend less time behind a screen—I offer online coaching in a small group setting.

Inside this supportive space, you’ll get:

  • Nutrition coaching that supports your goals

  • Emotional wellness practices to help you truly thrive

It’s a powerful combination of structure, support, and connection—all from the comfort of your own space. Many of my in-person clients even choose to do both!
