I'm Allison Pelot, a personal trainer in SE Portland specializing in injury recovery and post-rehab strength training. I work with everyday athletes who refuse to let pain define what's possible.

My approach to injury recovery is rooted in full-range-of-motion strength training through the ATG (Knees Over Toes) method, combined with my background in exercise science and holistic health.
Instead of avoiding the areas that hurt, we train them — progressively, safely, and intentionally. We restore joint integrity, rebuild tendon and ligament resilience, and develop the kind of real-world strength that lets you move without fear.

I hold a BS in Exercise Science from GA State University, and I’m a certified ATG Level 1 Coach and a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner.

ATG Focuses on joint integrity, tendon and ligament health, and pain-free mobility. ATG helps you build resilience and strength from the ground up. This is most important as we go through hormonal changes which directly effects the health of your connective tissue.
