Tanya Saunders is a Certified Life Mastery Consultant, Breath work Facilitator, Positive Neuroplasticity &Yoga Psychology Teacher, Astrologer, & Author. A survivor of a life-threatening condition, necrotizing fasciitis she is passionate about helping people live a vision-inspired and embodied life they love while they are living it.

As a Nurse Anesthetist for over 2 decades, Tanya is always learning and teaching new ways to bridge science and metaphysics to empower people to live into their potential. She lives in DC with her husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs.
